Race Kits & Fun Packs

We have received several enquiries relating to our Race Kits and Fun Packs, and would like to take this chance to do some clarifications.


1) Sufficiency of Race Kits & Fun Packs

First of all, we would like to give the reassurance that the event organisers will prepare sufficient Race Kits and Fun Packs for the competitive runners and non-competitive runners respectively. Hence, Race Kits will be given out to ALL participants of the competitive category, and Fun Packs will be given out to ALL participants of the non-competitive category. In case of wet weather, the collection can be done at Yuhua Community Club within one week of the event day.

However, as our Race Kits and Fun Packs consist of items provided by different sponsors and vendors, we have reserved our right in the terms and conditions to replace any item in the Race Kits or Fun Packs with item(s) of an equivalent value. A partial refund may also be possible. This is to deal with unforeseen circumstances, such as failure of our sponsors or vendors to deliver items as promised.

In any case, we will definitely not allow our participants to walk away without receiving what they are entitled to.


2) Distribution of Race Kits & Fun Packs

Please note that the Race Kits (including our exclusive Reebok T-Shirt) and Fun Packs will only be distributed at the end of the event (i.e. after the runs have finished).

Hence, kindly turn up for Waterfront Scramble in your running attire.


3) T-Shirt Sizes (Competitive Runners Only)

For runners of the competitive category, the event organisers will contact each and every participant via phone or email to check your T-shirt size.
